What do you find rewarding about this job?: After ensuring safety, the scaffolding is assembled neatly, and craftsmen can use the scaffolding with an easy mind.
What’s the hardest part about this job?: Working in high places is dangerous, certainly we need to be careful not only for our own safety, but also for those around.
Concentration is essential because it is necessary to work while widening the field of view. However, there’s a lot of fun when you can increase knowledge and skills.
